Not happy with this recliner...going to call store...if your looking at back of chair ...right arm is not lining up flush with back of chair...not happy with this at all
The sofa has cut of about 2 inches long on the left hand side seat. I called the night the sofa was delivered, and the person I talked to said, "We'll deliver you another sofa sit in about three to five business days. That was on December 23, 2025. Today it is 1/14/2026.
