Broken Office Chair Wheel Base plus Set is Discontinued
The set was delivered to my home and setup by a Rooms To Go installation team which I paid for. After they left, I sat in the chair and one of the leg/wheel support collapsed. I contacted RTG customer service to report the issue. They tried to locate another office chair, with no luck. They tried to see if they could order another wheel base and couldn’t. I then learned that the entire set is discontinued. I then asked if they could simply let me pick out a different chair and I was told no. Then, I was given the option to visit the store and pick out a different set. I like the set but would like a different chair. At this point, I will most likely ask for my money back.
Great for small spaces
This was the perfect size for my bedroom “Office”! Sadly, the chair arms are too high to push the chair all the way in which doesn’t work for my room. Chair was free, so I removed the arms, capped the exposed screw holes an voila’, it pushes all the way in!
