Bang for your buck!
This is a great price for the value of comfort. It’s a bit more stiff than I liked, but overall a great piece of furniture.
Arrived in disrepair. Wait 3 weeks for resolution.
The quality is what I would expect from a Couch/Loveseat set that I only paid $1100 for . The problem was that either during delivery or in the warehouse the arm and base connection on the loveseat was damaged. The customer service person was nice , but repair or replacement (determined by their service person) was a 3 week wait . Imagine that . First , your quality control measure are a dismal fail and you send out a broken couch , then when it's already paid for by the customer (who has no recourse but to accept your terms ) you say " Oh we'll look at it in 3 weeks and see what we want to do." Unacceptable. I dislike being inconvenienced as does everyone , but this was a real kick in the teeth . What , you only have 1 repair guy in the state of Georgia ?
