Too many imperfections/damage
This piece is beautiful but it comes with too many imperfections/damages and R2G says that furniture is always about 65% and never 100% perfect... for $5k i expected better. I saw it in the showroom and it had damage but i was assured id receive a brand new set without scratches or damage.... not the case and now im stuck w a $5k mistake.

The Cindy Crawford Royal Park Ivory Bedroom Set is adorable! Love the look of it. It is the perfect size and color for our bedroom. Unfortunately, too many pieces had flaws/damage. Original delivery had a 3" scratch and loose metal touch point hanging by its wire in the nightstand. Chipped paint and cracked molding in chest of drawers. Chipped paint, pits, cracked molding, and a hole in the dresser. Had to wait 3 weeks before for repairs of the paint chips and scratch. We had the dresser replaced 3 times and still the 3rd dresser has flaws. The wood of the bottom molding piece wasn't cut straight so the molding appears to be on an angle. The dresser's bottom left drawer does not close easily and gets stuck while trying to close it. Yes it is under warranty and yes Rooms To Go will replace it again, but we do not want to spend a 4th day waiting for them to bring a dresser that may have worse damage or flaws. There is always something wrong with each dresser that they bring. It would be nice if we could mix and match, but the drawers are specific to each dresser as we tried. Will we keep getting the dresser replaced? We just might have to as the one we kept has the drawer that won't close easily. Can we recommend this product - only if you don't mind waiting weeks and months to get nice pieces.
