Broken in less than three weeks
After owning this base for 20 days, it no longer goes up or down. We changed the batteries in the remote and it still didn't work. Rooms to Go will not solve our problem. They say call the manufacturer. RTG should take care of this for us. They sold the product to us, not the manufacturer.
