Q&A answers generated with AI assistance.

Can I control the bed's positions and massage features from my smartphone?

Yes, in addition to the included wireless remote, this base is compatible with a dedicated mobile app. This allows you to adjust the head and foot elevation, toggle the dual massage settings, and control the under-bed lighting directly from your phone. The remote also includes a custom memory preset, so you can save your favorite relaxing position and return to it with a single tap.

Will an adjustable base help if my partner or I struggle with snoring at night?

This base includes a specialized "anti-snore" position, which can be activated via the remote or mobile app. This preset subtly elevates the head to help open up the airways and improve breathing during sleep. It is an effective, non-invasive solution for reducing snoring and can also provide relief for those who experience nighttime acid reflux or congestion.

Is this adjustable base a practical choice for a small city apartment or a room with tight corners?

Absolutely. This model is specifically designed for ease of transport and setup in constrained spaces like urban apartments. It features a foldable design, which makes navigating narrow hallways, elevators, and tight staircases much simpler than a standard non-folding foundation. Additionally, the under-bed lighting and integrated flashlight on the remote provide excellent visibility in darker, compact spaces without the need for bulky floor lamps.

Will this adjustable base fit inside my existing queen bed frame?

Yes, this adjustable base is designed with a "zero clearance" profile, making it highly versatile for various bedroom setups. This means the base can sit directly on a platform bed or the slats of a traditional queen frame without the mechanism interfering with the furniture. Its low-profile foundation and height-adjustable legs allow you to customize the elevation to match your existing headboard and rails perfectly.

How does the "Zero Gravity" position benefit my sleep quality?

The RTG Sleep 3900 features a NASA-inspired Zero Gravity preset that elevates your head and feet to a specific angle, simulating a weightless feel. This position is engineered to help alleviate pressure on your lower back and improve circulation. By distributing your body weight more evenly, it helps reduce the tossing and turning often associated with traditional flat sleep surfaces.

What kind of mattress is compatible with this motorized base?

To ensure the best performance and longevity of your equipment, this adjustable base should be paired with a flexible mattress designed for movement, such as memory foam, latex, or specialized hybrid models. Based on our expertise in sleep systems, these materials are ideal because they can bend and contour to the base's positions without damaging the internal structure or compromising your support.

It's better than 2 stars but I'm also rating the sales person's trickery with me

Purchased On Jun 12, 2026

The vibration is a great idea but I don't think my mattress is thick enough so it tickles my legs instead of soothing me to sleep. I took it off the leg function it then vibrated my arms so they are being ticked. Maybe a piece of memory foam under the mattress can absorb some of that vibration, cuz I really like the idea of it. There is one thing I'm really unhappy with and that is I got tricked into purchasing a 7 yr $99 warranty on it. I was told it was the delivery fee cuz I was getting it the next day and they would have a lot of work to do. The delivery guys were very professional and did a great job. It wasn't until later I looked at my reciet and saw a 79 delivery fee and a 99 warranty fee. I was not happy. I would have said no to the warranty. I'm on a very fixed income budget and i trust rooms to go products. I would have said no but he was a master of deceptive words and I need to see if I can get out of it and get my money back. I do like my base and I'm learning how to use it so that I get the most benefit of it. It's a good product. Maybe makes sure you have a dense memory foam mattress and watch out during checkout if you don't want the warranty.... I'm super disappointed in the salesman... otherwise it would be a 4 and still I'm hoping that by putting in a memory foam liner will take care of the problem and it will become a 5 star rating
