Customer service lacking
Our couch arrived three weeks later than our couch. No one informed us this was going to happen. I had to call customer service about it. When our couch arrived, it had a small tear on the arm of the couch. I mentioned this in an earlier review but never heard back from anyone. I think we should at least get a credit on a future purchase.
These loveseats look fantastic in our home, are extremely comfortable yet classy looking at the same time!
