So cozy!

Very comfortable mattress! We purchased this along with a king size mattress to customize our own bed! We have four fur pups and now, we can all sleep so cozy and have well enough room! This mattress is actually more comfortable for us verses the iComfort by Serta that we had before. And that one moved up and down (which went out within the first year of having it).

Both the service and the bed are A1. The mattress is the best ever.

don’t do business with R2G anymore.

The mattress is great.. but Rooms to Go ruined our entire experience. can’t even enjoy the mattress cuz i’m reminded. we paid extra for white glove delivery, and confirmed THREE SEPARATE TIMES that it included takeaway of our old mattress and box springs. delivery guy originally went to wrong house, the logistics team accused me of lying when i said they weren’t at my house.. then the delivery guy admitted he was wrong, showed up and REFUSED to take the mattress. we were “supposed to wrap the mattress.”. something we were NEVER told on all 3 times confirming the takeaway. i even asked if there were additional steps. and then when we didn’t know.. they simply said, “oh well. we’re not rescheduling. you can take delivery now or we’ll just cancel your order.” no resolution was offered, not even a refund of the additional shipping charges. just “oh well.” support just stopped responding. i’ve bought my last item from R2G. hope they go outta business.
