Sierra Leather Recliner
Enjoying the new recliner-- a perfect combination of comfort, style and size.
So the story goes like this. It was time to replace my present 23 yr old leather set that was purchased from ROOMS TO GO. I loved the Sierra Madre set when I found it in the show room because of the color saddle. I purchased it. After it was delivered I noticed the color was dark brown not saddle. Also there were 2 issues with the couch. The leather itself was firm with no issues. With the help of the store manager Jessica, your Customer Care team Ciara, and Dawn, they would be delivering another set. That happened Friday. The color was saddle. After I inspected the set I found issues with the leather. It’s not firm and has a lot of dents. The middle seat cushion of the couch has many little bumps like pimples. Customer Care was called the same day. An appointment was scheduled with service. I’m trying not to get frustrated because I know ROOMS TO GO will make it right.
