Gorgeous and comfortable
Worst couch ever
Our couch and love seat were delivered on March 1;2025. Two days later the leather was stretched and wrinkled. A tech came to the house and said that was just the way it was. We have owned leather furniture for over 30 years and have never seen this on new furniture. Customer care called and said the tech said nothing was wrong. We emailed her the pictures on Thursday March 20. We have not heard back. Totally dissatisfied and will not accept this outcome .
