Although I love the sectional, I still cannot use one recliner because there is a connector missing… the installers said that one would come in the mail and someone would come out and install it…that did not happen. I called customer service and they set up an appointment for a service technician, he came out but didn’t have the connector so he couldn’t fix it…I don’t understand why the product doesn’t come with what is needed to operate it?!? Very frustrating!
