Question 1

Does this mattress sleep cool in hot or humid climates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For shoppers in warmer regions like Florida or Texas, temperature regulation is a key feature of this mattress. It is designed with an enhanced cool-to-the-touch cover and integrated ventilation throughout the sleep system. These materials are specifically chosen to promote airflow and dissipate body heat, helping to maintain a consistent, comfortable temperature throughout the night.

Question 2

How does the hybrid construction of this mattress benefit sleep quality?

Accepted Answer

This model is an advanced hybrid that combines supportive IntelliCoil® innersprings with latex for enhanced durability. This design provides the traditional support and "bounce" of an innerspring mattress while the latex and memory foam layers offer the contouring and motion isolation typically found in high-end foam beds, making it an excellent choice for couples who want to avoid disturbing one another when moving.

Question 3

How should I clean and maintain this mattress to ensure it lasts?

Accepted Answer

Based on our expertise with premium Stearns & Foster products, we recommend using a mattress pad to protect the materials from wear. Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method for the cover; for minor stains, a light application of mild soap and water is suggested. Additionally, to ensure the long-term integrity of the internal coils and foam, the mattress should be rotated recurrently.

Question 4

What is the policy if I find the firmness isn't right for me after delivery?

Accepted Answer

Rooms To Go provides a 90-night Mattress Sleep Trial for all our mattresses. We recommend an initial 30-night adjustment period to allow your body to acclimate to the new support system. If you are not satisfied after that time, you can perform a one-time exchange between 30 and 90 days following delivery. This ensures you can invest in a luxury mattress with the confidence that it will provide the specific comfort level you require.

Question 5

Is a firm pillow top mattress suitable for side sleepers or those needing extra support?

Accepted Answer

This mattress features a firm pillow top, engineered to provide a structured, supportive feel while maintaining an elevated level of comfort. It utilizes exclusive TEMPUR-Indulge™ Memory Foam for targeted pressure relief, which is ideal for side sleepers who need cushioning at the hips and shoulders, as well as back sleepers who require consistent spinal alignment.

Question 6

What are the benefits of the reinforced edge on this mattress?

Accepted Answer

The reinforced edge construction creates a stable seating surface and prevents the "rolling off" sensation often felt on the perimeter of softer beds. For those choosing a king-size mattress, this feature is particularly valuable as it maximizes the usable sleep surface from edge to edge, ensuring you get the full benefit of the mattress's wide dimensions.
