Well, it’s really hard to pick the pillow that would fit your needs, especially if you’re ordering online. My product supports my neck for back sleeping and does the same for side sleeping. It’s just too compact and hard. Not by much but just enough to make it uncomfortable too much softer would be not enough so I just feel like it’s just a little too dense. I now only use the pillow to help prop myself up in bed if I’m reading. Because it does good for my thoracic spine to sit up against my headboard with other softer pillows.
