Nice item, horrible setup experience
We really like this bed, but it was set up by a bunch of morons who were in a hurry. The footboard has been installed upside down, and the bolts that hold the headboard are all loose and it is floppy. Customer service is sending out a repair person with a new footboard, (which is unneeded). Tried to tell them we only need it reinstalled, but the folks in customer service don't seem to understand anything about their products. Oh Well! If you get the setup service, watch the process closely and inspect everything before they leave.
