not much bang for the buck

I read great reviews for this pillow and decided to try it. It didn't live up to the reviews I read. It isn't at all cooling, and although it's described as mid-range in terms of firmness it's way too firm for me. Unfortunately it's not returnable. I'm sorry I made the purchase.

Overpriced but soft . I bought it for my daughter.
Like a block!
This pillow is insanely firm. So firm I cannot sleep on it. It is decent to prop you up to watch tv if that's something you do while lying in bed. I wouldn't recommend unless you love sleeping with your head propped up and the inability to relax since your head doesn't sink in the pillow at all.

The pillow is the perfect weight and thickness to support my neck. I loved that I was able to try out different pillows before I bought. The pillow is the most essential item to a good night sleep and the cooling tech is huge!
