Quality product
This is the first tempur-pedic Iāve ever purchased. Itās taken a little bit to get use to and breaking it in has been a little bit challenging. Now that Iāve been sleeping on the mattress for a month I do have to say itās a lot more comfortable.

So far so good
4/30/26 So far, so good, I've had this split king for <3 weeks. I an sleeeping much better. My low back really appreciates the adjustability of the mattress. Time will tell whether mattress support will be adequate in a few years or unacceptable. Contact me at 5 and 10 years

Does not last and will not stand behind warranty
One of the concerns we had when shopping for a mattress was how the foam would hold up over time. We were assured that with the 10-year warranty we would have no issues. This was a very comfortable mattress but the foam began to rip right at hip level and lost all support through that area. The foam is torn the full thickness of the foam in a 14 inch by 6 inch L shape. Itās unusable. We submitted a warranty claim and were denied due to āliquid damageā. We never had liquid spilled. This was normal use which fell short of their warranty by 3 years. Buy it if itās comfortable but donāt buy it for the warranty - they will not stand behind it.
