Disappointed
This base was sold to us even though the salesperson knew we would not use the features on this base. The vibration is useless and we don’t need the other features. Very disappointed!

Good but Not Perfect
We have the split-king and believe it is a high quality build that will last many years. However, there are some minor issues. Underneath the bed frame are several LEDs. We’ve covered these with taped cardboard to block them. If designers think they’re necessary, allow the consumer to toggle them off in the app. Most of the time, the bed doesn’t adjust the head when it detects snoring. For auto-vibration, when it detects snoring, I suggest it turn on for a consumer-setting time, not continuously. The auto-vibration never works for snoring, so designers need more testing. Calling these issues in to tech support has been useless.

Easy to adjust
I really like that I can lift the foot and head of the bed to change the sheets. It is then very easy to select the memorized button to return it to our most common sleeping position. The only thing that bothers me is that I can not find a way to turn off the logo light and the logo is a different color of "white" from the under bed lighting which is a yellow "white" and can be turned on and off. The bed does have a difficult time staying connected to our wifi, but that may be an issue with the wifi in our house. Since purchasing this smart base and the mattress, my heart rate is dropping more at night and I am getting a more restful sleep.
