Order process was straight forward. Delivery process went very smoothly. Drivers were on time, polite, neat and efficient. So far the Tempur base has performed as I hoped. It is a replacement for an older model that gave me years of comfort. Pricey but worth it.

Great option for full bed system
We love the ProSmart Base with our Tempur-Pedic mattress. The base provides inclines that help us sleep better by taking the pressure off our backs. The massage feature is an extra bonus that we love. Get to have a mini massage and relax before going to sleep.

Very difficult to use with smart phone. Never connected correctly upon set up. I have twin bed frames.
