Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt 2.0 Firm Twin XL Mattress

Doesn’t last

I bought this mattress 6 years ago. The sales person said that if anything goes wrong to contact support, and they will send a replacement mattress, no questions asked, as long as it’s in the 10-year warranty window. 6 years into owning the mattress, it started sagging causing hip and back pain every morning. I contacted support, and after many back and forth emails (because you can’t talk to anyone on the phone), due to a small liquid stain that was caused by a faulty mattress pad that they provided, they’re saying the warranty does not apply. What happened to getting a replacement no questions asked? I’ve owned two Tempur Pedic mattresses in my life, loved the first one, loved this one at first, but I will never buy another Tempur Pedic product after this experience.

Good So Far

From the purchase through delivery to sleeping on this mattress, I have no issues. However, I like to give it some time before I can fully comment as I've had mattresses in the past that were good in the first few months but gradually weren't so good. With that, so far it is a very comfortable mattress which forms neatly to your body's sleeping position and as you move around during your sleep. We picked a firm mattress as when we tried the softer version it felt like we would sink into it. So far, it does regain it's shape after getting out of bed, which is an important aspect. We replaced a previous mattress (it was okay for me) as my spouse said she was having back pains with the mattress. With this TEMPUR she's had no problems at all and she sleeps well now.

A Mattress That Changed How I Feel Every Day

Before bringing home my TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® Medium Hybrid Mattress, I thought waking up feeling tired was simply part of life. I never realized how much the quality of my mattress affected everything—from my energy and mood to how I felt physically each morning. The first night was unforgettable. As soon as I settled in, I noticed how the mattress gently conformed to my body while still providing incredible support. It felt as though every pressure point simply melted away. Instead of spending the night searching for a comfortable position, I stayed comfortable. I slept deeply, and for the first time in a long time, I woke up feeling truly refreshed. What amazes me most is how the TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® Medium Hybrid seems to adapt perfectly no matter how I sleep. Whether I'm on my side, back, or changing positions during the night, it provides the ideal combination of cushioning comfort and responsive support. The hybrid design gives it just enough bounce while maintaining the signature TEMPUR® feel that makes every night feel luxurious. The difference hasn't just been in my sleep—it's been in my life. Better sleep has given me more energy, a brighter outlook, and mornings I actually look forward to. It's incredible how something as simple as consistently getting restorative sleep can improve the quality of every day that follows. People often say you can't put a price on a great night's sleep, and now I understand exactly what they mean. We spend nearly a third of our lives in bed, and investing in exceptional sleep has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. Every evening, I look forward to climbing into bed, knowing I'm about to experience the comfort that has completely transformed my nights. The TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® Medium Hybrid Mattress hasn't just given me better sleep—it has given me better mornings, better days, and a greater appreciation for how life-changing quality rest can be. If I had to make the decision all over again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second.
