Good nights sleep
The absolutely best mattress I’ve ever had. All my aches and pains are gone since sleeping on this mattress. Would recommend to anyone who wants a good night’s sleep 💤.

So hot I can't even Sleep. Got sold the wrong Mattress
I am totally unhappy with this mattress because it traps heat, and I cannot sleep, even with the AC at 68 degrees. I wish the salesman had known this when he sold me this mattress, or I never would have chosen this model. I tried to exchange it in the 90-day period, but the salesman didn't call me back (he was no longer employed), and now they won't do anything. For an investment this large, I think they should offer me some kind of help.

Not soft enough

Initially we were delivered the wrong mattress, the medium hybrid, and did not discover it for two weeks because the white glove delivery had deposited the mattress inside my bed, and I could not lift it or see that it was wrong (back injury). Husband discovered it was wrong during sheet change. Waited a few more weeks to get the right mattress, finally got it and after having slept on it for a few weeks, its just not soft enough for us. In fact the medium hybrid felt softer than the soft luxe adapt, go figure.
