Not the quality brand it used to be.
We’ve had our mattress for 6 months and it never got any softer. It’s so rock hard it’s giving us back and neck problems. So extremely uncomfortable the people who sold it to us kept pressuring us to wait it out saying it will soften soon. We jump around on it every night and it still hasn’t softened. We went twice to try to return it and were told to just wait it will be worth it. Never got worth it. Spent thousands of dollars to just get some good night sleep instead were paying hundreds in chiropractor appts. and sleeping terribly. If I could sue I would that’s how awful this mattress is.

Husbands back surgeon said no soft mattress. So we got the medium. Was a little adjustment at first but we absolutely love it! A bonus is my hips hurt less also!

Comfortable when sleeping on but sinks a lot when getting up
The mattress is pretty comfortable once you’re in the position you want to be when sleeping but getting there and or getting up is hard due to the lack of support from the springs I assume??? I’m only 170 pounds and my wife is about 145. Would absolutely rethink this decision.

I like our new mattress. We are still getting used to it but it does seem to help our joints. I’m a little disappointed though because the mattress bounces every time husband moves. He has restless legs and we thought this mattress might help with motion. Sadly, it does not.
