Buyer Beware — do not waste your money on Tempur-Pedic.
Buyer Beware — do not waste your money on Tempur-Pedic. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing purchases I’ve ever made. This mattress, purchased through Leon’s, was premium-priced, yet the quality and support have been completely unacceptable. One side of the mattress has become uneven and feels like sleeping on a slope. It still looks brand new with no visible defects, but it is so uncomfortable that I am unable to sleep on it. The other side feels completely different, making the issue even more obvious. We did everything right — we purchased a brand new bed frame with a solid base at the same time specifically to meet all support requirements. Despite that, Tempur-Pedic denied our warranty claim, blaming “insufficient support,” which feels like nothing more than a convenient excuse to avoid standing behind their product. What is especially misleading is how the issue is evaluated. Measurements taken with no one on the mattress may not show a significant problem, but that is not how a mattress is used. The moment weight is applied, the surface becomes severely uneven and completely unusable. This is the reality of the product — and it is being ignored. To make matters worse, I have attempted to contact the manufacturer approximately 10 times. Not once has anyone answered the phone or returned a call. For a company that positions itself as a premium brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable and frankly inexcusable. When you spend this kind of money, you expect quality, durability, and a company that stands behind what they sell. Instead, I am left with an expensive mattress that cannot be used, a denied warranty, and a company that refuses to respond or take responsibility. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Do not buy from Tempur-Pedic.

I was so undecided. Jerald and Paul made it easy for me, by helping me choose the right mattress. I tried several different models, and firmness, and finally, after talking with my physical therapist, knew I was making the right decision. I've shopped with Mattress Firm in the past, and was satisfied then, so I went to them again, and was totally satisfied from the minute I walked in the door, 'til the delivery was made just minutes ago.
