Quality of the Tempur Adapt Topper has fallen off a cliff!
We just purchased a new Tempur Adapt Topper to replace our 6 year old Tempur Adapt Topper, what a total waste of our money. As soon as we unboxed the new topper we could tell that it weighs far less than the old toppers, the cover is also much thinner material. Our current topper that we have used every night for 6 years has far more support than the new topper that we just unboxed, and the return policy doesn't accept returns. So here we are stuck with a topper that we just unboxed and can't even use, how convenient that Tempurpedic doesn't accept returns for unusable products.

I bought this pillow and another for my wife because she has neck pain from conventional pillows and sleep apnea issues. This pillow has good components but it is too firm and not shaped quite right. She found it uncomfortable and not helpful. The other pillow was a high quality chopped foam pillow that provided support and cushion which she has found to be the right combination.
