Underwhelming Set of Tables
My salesperson initially showed directions that made the assembly of these tables seem much simpler—but boy, was I wrong. The package was understandably heavy, which led me to believe the quality would match. Unfortunately, that was misleading. Between the three tables, there were over 150 screws—not including wooden pegs, Loctite bolts, and other hardware. I couldn’t get a sense of what the final look would be until they were fully assembled, and my OCD pushed me to finish all three before making a judgment. Once complete, I was disappointed to find that these tables look like a slightly dressed-up version of something from IKEA. That wouldn’t be so bad if the price or quality matched that expectation. Despite carefully tightening every screw and component, they still have a noticeable wobble. In all honesty, I would not recommend this product. I regret the purchase and wish I could return them and get my money back—but I doubt that’s possible at this point.

This table is HARD to put together, it is STILL sitting in the corner of my livingroom! I want to send it back! I asked for assistance to get someone from Rooms to Go to come and put it together but they told me since it came directly from the vendor, they couldn't help. This is really unfortunate on my part as I paid about $300 for this table!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lost customer
Terrible , opened to box and probably 100 pieces of cheap particle board. Did not take anything out of box. Customer service would not take back over 48 hours. What kind of return policy is that. Long term customer but will never buy anything from here again.
Ordered a different color and they were never helpful to change
