Huge disappointment
Looked and felt comfortable in the very beginning, but after sitting there for 20 minutes I get pain in the neck, back and even legs from the seams located along the back rest and the seat; head rest is a little bulky, not ergonomic.
The brown recliner was returned to the store. Item was broken. It did not sit level on the floor. Balance was off.
Not satisfied with unbalanced item.

This chair was so beautiful and comfortable that we bought it in 2 colors! It does not have a tall back. It is SO comfortable and will last forever! TOP Quality! Highly recommend!
