Disappointed in rug and RTG; ridiculous online return policy
I ordered this rug online but was very disappointed when I saw it in person. I thought it was one of the ugliest rugs I've ever seen. The rug arrived on Friday afternoon and I called customer service on Tuesday to return it. However, they said there was only a tiny 48 hour window to return the rug (including weekends!) and they wouldn't accept the return. I've never heard of such a ridiculous return policy. Just beware of that risk when you buy anything online from RTG!
