Piers are bulky and dark (lighting is needed in the sleeves) and mine came with the knobs messed up. Had to contact customer service with photos. Then schedule a guy to come look at it and take more pictures. He said it would take 3-5 days to get doors mailed to me and then I had to call again to schedule another guy to come install them. It’s been weeks. Turns out the doors are back ordered and can take 3 months.

Product is beautiful and sturdy. Has a ton of storage for our albums, media collection, books and more. Will comfortably fit a 65" TV on the console.
