Horrible Customer Service
I was so excited to received this bed. I arranged it to be delivered the day of my move in so that I would have a bed to sleep in. When we opened the packaging to build the bed I was so upset to see that some of the essential parts were missing!! Couldn’t build it and had to sleep on the floor for 3 nights even though I had everything planned on my end to avoid that. Customer Service was horrible. They were closed Sunday so that was another day of sleeping on the floor. Then when I spoke with the first representative Monday he offered no type of care or empathy and even said he would “see” about having my parts sent via expedited. Needless to say I reached out again and got someone else who sent them next day but they didn’t even offer anything for my issues nor inconvenience. Didn’t really care that I was sleeping on the floor due to them. The experience really left a bad taste in my mouth regarding this company! Customer service is everything. The bed is beautiful I will say.
Missing parts
Furniture is nice, however was shipped without the necessary hardware to assemble. Delivery team didn’t have back up hardware or tools to assemble. At 7:45 am we had to scramble around searching for screws that hopefully keep the bed together for many years
