I bought a mattress that has a 20 year unprorated warranty on it. It has failed and now is the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on. When I called to warranty it they told me that the company that manufactured it went out of business and that there was nothing they could do for me. This was a Natures Bed that was made exclusively for Rooms to Go. All the paperwork they provided at the time of purchase said it would be warrantied for an unconditional 20 years. Be careful not to buy unnamed Chinese brands. Just updating, I was told that since the company that manufactured the mattress for them went out of business that they are not going to honor the Warranty THERE WARRANTIES AREN'T WORTH THE PAPER THEY ARE PRINTED ON!!!!!
