Service was great, no pressure, selection was also great and purchase went very well

I thought I would give RTG another try. The furniture was delivered but one piece was not working correctly. A tech came out a week later, said one thing and did another. The replacement came today and it was worse than the original piece. I refused the replacement and kept the original defective piece. The manager in customer service was absolutely the worst. No credit, no compensation but wasted time off from work. While I had CS on the phone, the delivery guy decides to DRAG the replacement across the floor instead of moving it the correct way. Messed up the floor and then got upset because I got upset and raised my voice for his actions. I think he wanted me to be polite as he’s messed up my floor and say, “please don’t do that”. More money out of my pocket and time spent repairing a problem I did not create. Part two- On Saturday, ordered an additional piece to be delivered with the replacement. The two pieces were not on the same truck, as I was told it would be and I have an email, as well. Had to wait even longer than planned and that was delivered and it was messed up. I hold everyone to just get out! Nick the salesman was a horrible and lacked follow up and just plain common courtesy but I over looked it. The company is terrible. Most of the delivery team is nice and the customer service rep over the phone was VERY nice. The manger should be taught how to treat upsets customers. The best thing to do is just go else where. RTG is not the only place in town. Run as fast as you can… Please, just drive by and go elsewhere. Almost $5,000.00 spent and not an ounce of remorse or concern for me and my issues.
