I want to share that on Monday 10/26 I went into rooms to go and received really great service from Margie. I have purchased from rooms to go a few times already, however Margie had given us space to look, checked on us often and when we were struggling to decide she showed us a few items around the floor. After listening to the different details we wanted, Margie said "I have the one for you, follow me" and sure enough it had the different feature's/ softness and adaptability we needed. Thank you, Margie, for listening and finding the item for us. This also shows that she knows exactly what's available and how to apply that information to help the customer. :)

Horrible experience! Never purchasing at rooms to go ever. Horrible customer service. They don’t do value their customers. They don’t know their policies.

My daughter and I were shopping for a couch for her. She had seen some online and we decided to go to the store to try them. We were greeted by Carlos. He was very attentive and explained how the store worked, and that he was available to answer any questions. We were free to roam and test various sofas. And that's what we liked. He didn't put any pressure on us, and that's exactly why we bought, otherwise, we would have gone online. Thank you Carlos, this was a very pleasant experience.
