***Follow up*** Jason the regional manager help us resolve this matter. Very understanding and regained our trust in Rooms To Go! We Love their furniture and want to continue to be a customer. We are very satisfied with the results. I called this store 4x's in the past 2 years (have a 3 year warranty) on a defective piece of a sectional we purchased. We bought a 4 piece sectional 4/13/2024 a bedroom set, and a night stand totaling $5,450.41. Needless to say they have NO record or notes on my 4 complaint calls. I called the 5th time today 4/1/2026 and they tell me they do not have a record of my other 4 calls and it is not covered under the warranty and to call a company who can repair it and pay them!!! This is unacceptable after spending $5,450.41 CASH. I will be placing negative reviews on all search engines with my complaint; I will also discourage family and friends to not purchase from this establishment too!! What is the warranty good for??? Why did they not have my other 4 calls noted? You know why they just wanted our money and they do not care about the customers. This will not end here!!! As you can see by the picture this is a manufacturing defect not damage from us.
