UPDATED REVIEW: I was contacted by the store manager, Don, who was very empathetic to what had occurred. While he couldn't do anything about the damage or adjust the cost of the bed, he was able to help me secure a piece of the bed that was discovered missing upon assembly at home. I appreciated the outreach and efforts made to try to turn around a bad situation within the limits they were able to. The customer service from both management and the sales staff was great overall and I will return to make future purchases, as the store does have great deals on very nice furniture and accessories. Mistakes happen, and at least they tried to handle it the best they could. If you're in the market for furniture, I would definitely pay Jeff in sales a visit. He is personable, knowledgeable, and did not pressure you to buy, just asked questions to identify your needs and match you with their existing current inventory, which was much appreciated since buying furniture can be stressful and made worse with pushy sales people. It's also nice that if there is an issue with your purchase, they have a dedicated management team who will try work with you to reach an acceptable resolution to the best of their ability. OLD REVIEW: The salesperson who helped us, Jeff, was very helpful, however, when I went to pick up my item at the rear of the store, the workers had damaged the headboard of the bed in a very visible spot. It was disappointing since they were moving it a very short distance from where it was located on the showroom floor. They didn't have another one so I still took the item because I needed it for guests coming into town. I have a picture of the bed in the showroom without the damage and the after picture of when I received it at the pick up spot at the rear of the store showing there was no damage at the time of purchase. This store does have some good deals, if you can get your items in the same condition as you purchased them in.
