Astrid was awesome, attentive and very charismatic!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at the Rooms To Go Outlet! We originally went in looking for a specific sectional we had seen online, and from the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by Fernando and the store manager. Fernando was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find something we would truly love—not just like. He gave us the space to think, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond by walking us through the store to show us multiple options similar to what we had in mind. It really felt like he cared about us making the right decision. In the end, Fernando showed us a completely different sectional than what we originally came for—different color, style, and design—and we absolutely fell in love with it! Thanks to him and the manager, we were able to get an amazing deal that we couldn’t pass up. We ended up purchasing not only the sectional, but also an ottoman and a rug for our living room. The entire process was smooth, quick, and well explained. We were even able to pick everything up the very next day, which was a huge plus. The store itself was clean, well organized, and had a great variety of furniture and ongoing sales. We highly recommend visiting the outlet—you can find incredible deals on beautiful furniture, very comparable to what you’d find at the regular store. We are extremely happy with our purchase and truly grateful for the excellent service we received. Thank you, Fernando and team, for making this such a great experience!
