The store and salesman were awesome. Now the third party company, Enoch run far and fast, his crew showed up complaining about the job and said they weren’t going to do the agreed upon service. These started crying about more money the agreed upon price that was communicated with rooms to go myself and Enoch which these guys had no clue what it was. After their temper tantrum they finally started the job and I guess in the process they thought they were going to show me and stripped every screw putting the bunkbed together. So what I’m saying rooms to go did their part but if this store offers Enoch to deliver and assemble run fast and find someone else, these guys are horrible! They are some the rudest and combative people I’ve had come to my house
