EDIT After a week Rooms to Go contacted us and we spoke with Donn. He apologized for the experience we had and actually listened to us as well as acknowledge us as people and customers, which was all we wanted. He was wonderful and I can tell he takes pride in his job. It was good speaking with someone who actually care about us as customers and wanted us to leave with a good experience. He was able to provide us with some solutions and we decided on a course of action. Thank you again Donn for helping us with our issues. ——————————————————————— We bought a tv console on Saturday. We went in for a different purpose but fell in love with the console and bought it. It was being sold “as is” and it was the show room console that we were getting. We examined how it looked and didn’t see any noticeable damages. It was delivered through the courier whose information they provided us with. Once it was delivered we saw that the back board was damaged and the back leg was also damaged. We went to Rooms to Go again and requested to speak with the sales rep who we bought it from, Fernando. We showed him the pictures and videos and after he spoke with his manager he told us there’s nothing they can do and we should contact the delivery company. Ok no problem right? We contacted the delivery company and they said they took pictures of the console before they took it from Rooms to Go and they would send it to us, they did not. They also told us to refer back to Rooms to Go and see if they can give us a credit or something for the inconvenience, this happened after we had already spoken with Fernando at Rooms to Go and he said he couldn’t help. So basically they both are playing the blame game and deflecting. We just expected better service but it seems companies like Rooms to Go don’t care about customers after they receive your money. So just beware if you choose to shop here

Came in for the first and had the best experience ever. Eric not with a k lol was really professional funny and a great salesman. Love the energy and service he provided while we was in the store. Give him a raise lol

Omar was awesome! He helped us by a couch, he was very friendly and willing to work with us and answered all our questions. Definitely ask for him when you go there
