Got a couch from RTG. Have had service people out 3 times to fix it and the last one made it nearly unusable. It is still under manufacture warranty as we had it for under a year before the issues started. We tried to go into the store today, and they started off by saying that we had originally paid almost a hundred dollars less than we did. So even with our warranty saying the couch will be replaced, they are trying to charge an additional almost $400 for us the get a couch that is originally the same price.
