Paid well over 4k for a sofa and was told would be delivered in two days. Waited until 8 pm to get told that my sofa wouldn’t be delivered and I would have to wait TWO more days. Seems like customer service after the sell is unimportant and even if Rooms to Go drops the ball the customer won’t be a priority to be made satisfied. Now my family has to cancel all their plans for the weekend to sit and wait on a delivery or continue sitting on the floor and in lawn chairs. Won’t be returning to ever make any future purchases and ai wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Jermaine was great to work with. No pressure, no hype. Very cordial and helped us in every way.
