I received my sofa set on Wednesday, and everything turned out perfect. After measuring in the store and choosing the right color, it fits my space exactly as expected. Warren was extremely helpful throughout the process, and the delivery team was outstanding. Thank you all for a great experience I’ll definitely be back!

Biggest disappointment we’ve ever experienced! We were so excited about the couch, dresser, nightstands and barstools we bought. We paid everything up front and in full! Warren made promises that he was going to try to get our furniture delivered within the next week. Time went by, we checked in, no update. Finally we get a message that the earliest delivery that could be made was THREE weeks later! Then we receive the delivery window, which was scheduled on a day that we were leaving for a weekend trip. It’s between 11-3. The next day it gets pushed to 12-4. I contact customer service and they give the usual empty apologies, there’s nothing we can do, sorry for the inconvenience. When I ask WHY delivery has been pushed, I’m told that other orders got added to the delivery so we got bumped! And trying to contact Warren who said he’d be there for whatever we needed…completely ghosted! RTG, great disappointment! If we didn’t desperately need our furniture after sitting on the floor for a week and a half, I’d have cancelled the order and asked for a refund! Poor customer service and we were just that, an order number!
