We had a good in store experience but unfortunately the delivery service is absolutely AWFUL. Believe every single review in here. I never received a phone call to advise about delivery as informed by sales and office manager. I received TEXT MESSAGES ONLY. Over a 2 day period I received 4 text messages cancelling and reschedulng the delivery time....I was understanding until after the FOURTH TEXT put the delivery window at 7pm at night!!! DISGUSTING. I called Customer service and eventually the store. Sadly, Customer service and any support from the store simply ends after the purchase is paid. No one can do anything about the delivery service and apologies are all that is offered. If you want a refund you get scammed out of this as well. 20% remains as a store credit and 80% is refunded back to you... what GARBAGE. BEWARE this place will disappoint you!!

PURCHASED DINING SET AND SMALL LEATHER SECTIONAL WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY!!! I'm approximately 2 weeks away from the first year of owning this furniture an attempt to use my warranty for some unusual defects that have occurred in the metal for the dining room and using their cleaning product for the leather that changed the color they will not honor the contract I'm being told because I changed the furniture from Aqua the leather set to beige the sales representative did not transfer my warranty that's just trying to make me liable as if it's my fault. What incompetence unprofessional and scams are they running here you can see. Do not purchase furniture from this place!!!
