Jessie was very helpful and our experience was quite pleasant. We have to wait a couple of weeks for the full sofa but that’s to be expected.😃

I had the best experience with Jason at rooms to go. He is a very knowledgeable With the furniture there. He helped direct me in choosing something that would work for me. I appreciate him taking the time To help me. I would recommend him 100%.

04/06/24 Update from a previous post six or so months ago, I had the pleasure of dealing with Diana Giraldo a fantastic sales person at rooms to go . I can’t say enough about her being thorough understanding a customers needs and exceeding all expectations! My family and I needed a new mattress and a new sofa , I had some special requests, especially with materials for the sofa because we have animals! Not only was Diana knowledgeable, understood our predicament. She made several suggestions which were outstanding. We have been with both a new bedroom, set king mattress, and adjustable base but also a new large sectional sofa. Our animals have made the sofa a new home. It is not only durable, but Diana suggested specific sofa covers that can be washed which we use regularly. A big shout out to rooms to go management, Diana Giraldo is a huge asset to your department in sales ! She knows how to take care of customers !
