If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a company. The managers throughout the store were rude and dismissive, and the customer service representatives giggled and laughed while we were trying to communicate our concerns. Customers should also beware — this company commits fraud by maxing out your credit card after you sign for a purchase and engages in dishonest business practices. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

After 1 week, I tried to contact customer service or my salesperson d totally unsuccessful Customer service lady wasn't helpfull at all, she wouldn't even try to listen to my words she is running her words on top of mine, her favorite sentence," I don't follow" or let me tell your salesperson to call you. 3 days later, still no call. When they are selling you furniture it's awesome service, after that, good luck.
