We ordered 4 chairs. The salesperson included protection package without notifying us. We noticed that charge after we left the store. When we return to remove that charge the salesperson had a negative attitude. Thanks to manager who helped us to resolve the issue.
Me and my fiancé came in back in February 2026 and we were greeted by Andrew Yusko . We explained to him what we were looking for a new bedroom set and a firm mattress He took his time with us and showed us many different bedroom sets many different mattress’s I wanted to make sure I came on The Rooms To Go site and leave a review Andrew was very patient and understanding we ended up making a purchase and we were very happy with it and definitely will be back in the future for other furniture needs thanks again, Andrew yusko for all your help.
