Delivery nightmare. Paid for expedited delivery. After waiting 4 hours, Our recliner chair was delivered to the stop before us, so we kept the wrong chair for a week until the right one could be re-delivered. The new delivery time frame was changed twice on the same day, and then they called within 30:min. to see if we rated the delivery yet online. We did get a $50 delivery fee refund, but still paid $100. I don't think I'll shop again at Rooms ato Go. Where the hell is my measley $50 refund? You screwed up, and I have not received it yet!!! Over 2 weeks since promised. You sure took my money quick though😡
