I love the store, dealing and purchasing has been pleasant, but when they offered me a warranty that i purchased through them (gaurdian warranty) they advised me and present it as that it covers everything on. As dealing with this warranty has been a pain and they try to dodge every claim dealin with a third part company not local, not even willing to put a manager on the phone to assist, when i purchase a warranty i would assume that the company cares and would back their products but this gaurdian company is a joke and i have a set of furniture that every couch is a deferent color and having issues that warranty is not willing to handle. Also when i get an agent to come for the 6th time to assist any damage they state something and then when i call the warranty they state something else.. am not sure if agents say something when they come and dont report or the warranty only takes what they want out of the report.. as much as i love buying from rooms to go, its a no for me knowing that they dont care about what happens in the backend in regards to there warranty..

Great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff! My wife and I went to the location in Buford. As soon as we walked in, Elias Alicea greeted us. He was very friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. He was also very patient with us as we deliberated between which furniture pieces were right for us. He wasn’t pushy and we didn’t feel like we had to buy anything. He even stayed until after the store closed to make sure we got what we wanted. Finally, helped us find a dining set and a few other pieces for our new home. He even showed us the new Shaq recliners which are great and we didn’t know about. I’m a 6’4” and always struggle with finding the right recliner but this one is perfect.
