Eli at Rooms to Go made buying a new living-room set feel effortless. From the moment we walked in, he listened to what we needed, style, budget, and how the room actually functions for our family, and he didn’t push anything we didn’t want. My husband and I ended up with a complete living room set that fits perfectly, and Eli walked us through all options, delivery timing, and care details without any pressure. He was professional, patient, and always framed choices around our benefit rather than a quick sale. We left feeling like he genuinely cared about getting it right. Ron was our sales representative. Sat down most of our visit handing me his iPad to go through inventory. Wasn’t pleased with customer service which also resulted in Ron getting my order wrong. When I called to have it corrected he blamed my partner and myself. For this very reason I won’t return. Rooms to go, if you have an employee who is unwell or has a injury (like Ron) please encourage them not to come to work because this results in them not being present or helpful with other store experience. Ron is very lazy.

Anita was absolutely fantastic. I was in a time crunch and question I did come in prepared but took great care in making everything happen very quickly and very efficiently. Explained all the options but was never a hard sell. I really appreciated that.
