Ordered my daughter a bunk bed for Christmas. It was the ONLY thing she asked for. It was delivered on Dec 18th. At that delivery we noticed a piece was warped. I called customer service and they sent a replacement. When the delivery came for the replacement they noticed that the bed was actually not fully put together as the top bunk sideboard was not secured to the footboard at all. I was missing hardware. This is when it all goes wrong. I talked to customer service and they mail me the "hardware". The hardware they mailed was incorrect. Called again to get new hardware mailed said it was mailed but I never received. Tech was scheduled to fix the bed a 3rd time, he also did not have parts. But confirmed the bed was put together incorrectly. Where the bed is currentky attached, is not where it is safe. So not its Jan 3 and I still do not have a bed thats put together. I talked to the customer support manager Ted, who said he refunded my delivery fee ($200) but couldnt give confirmation of a refund. Supposedly now something is scheduled for Jan 6th to have the entire top replaced but I haven't received confirmation of that either. When I say this has been a NIGHTMARE experience it really doesnt even cover it. Ive taken off work 2 times, left a vacation early to be home for the final fix and still my daughter cant use her bed. Traditionally Ive used Ashley's and never had a problem. Rooms to go has been a JOKE.
