Rooms to go in Gulfport MS IS A TOTAl NIGHTMARE! My husband and I purchased an adjustable bed from them, paid thousands, few month later, adjustable base stop working. Something electrical happened. We paid for warranty through their warranty people, FORTEGRA (another nightmare!) Went through process to fix bed, ordered part, the tech they sent out put on new part and it started SMOKING!!!! So tech says, order new one, I’ll come put it on. That was in October of 2025!!! New part came in and I have been calling for the tech to come back out and it has been impossible to get him. RTG says call FORTEGRA, then FORTEGRA says, “no, you have to call RTG”!’ It’s Almost March of 2026 and my bed is still not fixed because no one can tell me how to get to the tech. We’d had issues before with RTG and their dollar store furniture and products, we decided to give them another chance! BIG MISTAKE! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, AND, THEIR WARRANTY PEOPLE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT FIX THEIR ITEMS. I’m posting this on every social media outlet that I can.
