Today we went Rooms To Go Outlet Furniture Store looking for something’s . The associate who helped us was nice until it was time to check out and go. We went to the front to check out since all we had was a child’s bean bag. We was told that the person who helped us had to ring us up. She is helping another customer. They page her two times. Again we say she is with a customer. We didn’t want her to lose a sale especially when we have a low dollar amount. We had to stand there for about ten minutes as she was helping someone else. We waited so long that my grandbaby needed to use the restroom in the back of the building. We walked and came back. My daughter still had not been helped. We are 20 minutes in at this point. So finally they allowed another associate to check us out. The lady tells my daughter that it’s is required for her to give an address to check out. She told them she didn’t want to provide it. The lady said we can’t sell you the bean bag without an address. I said well then use your store address. They still refuse so we gave them a PO Box address. So when we get ready to leave, they tell us that we can’t take it with us. That they have to take it to the back to scan it out of inventory as if we didn’t just use your computer system to check out. The company computer system should do that automatically. I asked why can’t you take the ticket off and scan it out while we walk with the bean bag. We was told that’s not how it works. So I asked again so we can’t take it’s with us out the front door. I asked if we bought two pillows we can’t take them out the front door either and all of the employees was like no you can’t. They still would have to go to the back and pick up at the loading docks. Then they had the nerve to say oh are you in a rush it’s only a few more minutes. Now mind you we had been standing there for more than 20 minutes. Not to mention that the woman trying to type the address had to be told the PO Box Five times for five numbers. It’s raining outside and we a little one who is ready to go and now we have to drive around to the side of the building and wait for them to bring out the bean bag. Three minutes go bye no one is around with said Bean bag. Guess what they are loading up another customer. So my daughter walks in to see if she could get the bean bag. They told her nope she had to wait down the steps in the loading area. Finally after another five minutes in the rain an employee brings the bean bag. My daughter over heard the employee talking trash about us and stated saying that we won’t be back and a few other words. Yes we won’t be back even though we wanted a lot of things there. My questions to your corporate office is to investigate whether or not drugs are being transported in your location. Because to me the way your employees refuse to let us walk out with the bean bag was wild. Like they needed to remove said product from the bag before giving it to us or even selling to us. My next concern is why you need our address so bad. It’s not for marketing, do you plan on inviting your employees to our house? Customers should have the right to refuse just like you do. Otherwise the data you collect is worthless. Also have unnecessary people on a loading dock is a risky for business especially when they have kids. The insurance and liability along if something went wrong especially if my daughter was by herself today. I would love to know who your company insurance is through and let them see the process.

Every was very friendly. From the entering of the store until I exited, everyone was very courteous.
