Went to RTG Pineville location. Angel was my sales guy & he was amazing! Not pushy very helpful & went above & beyond anything a average sale guy would. Spent almost 90mins helping me & I got all furniture I needed & he was extremely knowledgeable. Also bilingual which I am as well so great for Latin speaking folks. Recommend him especially 10/10. Their products are decent and often have good deals - but that’s where the goodness stops. The quality of the products are subpar - bought this sectional and within 1 year a piece had to be replaced (under warranty) for stitching tearing off, and then again after 2 years. I was sold an extended warranty which really is like accidental insurance and that didn’t cover it as they said it’s manufacturing defect and not accidental damage (which I understand from their perspective) - but it’s bad if an expensive sectional stitching tears off 2 times in 2 years! Won’t go here again and yes will read the fine print next time Update: 12/2/2025 - reducing the rating to 1 star as contacting the below email address and digging up all details was another waste of time!
