We had an excellent experience with Donald “Donnie” Rose at the Rooms To Go located at 11301 Carolina Place Parkway in Pineville, North Carolina. After placing our order for a dining room set, we changed our minds the evening before delivery. I emailed Rooms To Go Customer Service that night and included Donnie on the message. The next morning, which was also Donnie’s day off, he responded and explained exactly what we needed to do. Because the furniture had already been loaded on the truck, he instructed us to refuse the dining room set when it arrived. He then asked us to allow time for the refused furniture to be checked back into the system and for the refund to process. Today, Donnie contacted my wife and explained that she needed to come into the store with the payment card originally used for the purchase. When she arrived, there was some confusion because the system was not showing the correct refund amount, and a manager’s approval was required. This was no fault of the associate initially assisting her. Because Donnie was already familiar with the situation, my wife asked for him. He stepped in, reviewed everything, worked through the approval process, and made sure the correct refund was completed. Donnie was responsive, patient, professional, and committed to resolving the issue from beginning to end. We especially appreciated that he responded on his day off and later followed up directly with my wife to make sure everything was handled correctly. His service was outstanding!

Jim was an awesome salesperson!! He helped us look at a variety of options, and was very detailed on all the different features. We got a great deal on a wonderful leather recliner. I highly recommend you see Jim at this great location!
