Had an awesome experience sectional shopping today. Dominica greeted us right away. She was helpful without being overbearing. The memorial day sale was great as well.
Placed an order online and seen it went on sale called about a price adjustment. Was told by one representative that I could and she just needed to transfer me to the Internet sales team. I get transferred to Brad and he tells me it’s only 14 days and I’m a little outside of 30 days. I told him the last agent told me I could. He puts me on hold comes back and says it’s not 14 it’s 30 days. He was rude about the whole situation so I asked for a supervisor and he said one would call me back tomorrow. I asked him about what time because I do work. Rude again I had to ask him for his name and he stated Brad. I asked him for a last name and he said I didn’t need it he was the only Brad on the internet sales team. I thanked him for being rude. I followed up with the chat agent and she told me she saw in the notes where I requested a supervisor to cal. A week later and still no call
