What started out well took an unexpected twist when the RTG Outlet failed to include the power cord when the furniture was delivered. My call to customer service was disappointing- they wanted me to drive 55 miles each way to get the power cord. Then the rep suggested they could mail it. My wife then called our salesperson who told her he would see what he could do. He left us hanging as he failed to call us back. Not knowing what was going on, I called back this morning. The rep advised that they mailed the cord so I now have no idea when I will get it since it is snail mail. Really disappointed with how this was handled. They made a mistake and were too cheap to fix it as best as possible by overnighting the cord. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
