We ordered an entertainment system from a young gentleman in the store. Came to pick it up a week later to only to discover when we got home it was the wrong one ordered. I call up there and they say he ordered us the wrong system he said I ordered you the right one it will be here on the 24th just come and swap. Great. We waited another week and then came up there for them to just say we don't know why he told you to come today it's not going to be ready until the 29th. We have now drove up there twice for no reason and we ordered this on the 7th. Not to mention we live an hour and a half away and me and my boyfriend had to drag an entertainment system up and down two flights of stairs that was wrong. No offer to make anything right barely a sorry has totally changed my perception of rooms to go and I will probably not be back after this order is over with.

What started out well took an unexpected twist when the RTG Outlet failed to include the power cord when the furniture was delivered. My call to customer service was disappointing- they wanted me to drive 55 miles each way to get the power cord. Then the rep suggested they could mail it. My wife then called our salesperson who told her he would see what he could do. He left us hanging as he failed to call us back. Not knowing what was going on, I called back this morning. The rep advised that they mailed the cord so I now have no idea when I will get it since it is snail mail. Really disappointed with how this was handled. They made a mistake and were too cheap to fix it as best as possible by overnighting the cord. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
