The lack of concern, and the poor attention to my needs are very upsetting. I ordered a coffee table, two end tables, a dining set(four chairs and a bench) September 23rd. I was told the dining tables could be delivered on my desired delivery date of October 29th and the dining set would not be available until Jan 8th. I was ok with that considering I really loved the dining set and would wait to donate my current dining until I received the new one. A few days later when I checked the online portal there's was no record of the Oct 29th delivery date. I went back in store to make sure the delivery date was updated Oct 7th and added two bar stools to the dining set. I was assured that the date was good to go. Received a text from the sales associate stating that the dining set would be available to be delivered Dec 26th instead of Jan 8th. Ok! Awesome, but let's do Dec 27th considering thats an off day for me. Today is Oct 28th. I realized I hadn't received a confirmation time frame for the delivery of my coffee/end tables which was assured not ONCE but TWICE for Oct 29th, to find out that my entire order wouldn't be delivered until Dec 27th. I was LIVID. There was no remorse, no understanding and ZERO options to try and rectify a situation they screwed up. Had they offered to waive the delivery fee, or any other consolation to show they valued my business, especially considering I've spent thousands of dollars with them in the past eleven years, I wouldn't have canceled the entire order! Them to make matters worse, no refund for the money I put down, but a 20% restocking fee as a store credit. WHAT EXACTLY ARE YOU RESTOCKING? Nothing has been delivered and the delivery date is two months from now! This is totally ridiculous.

Kenneth McKnight was so great. He helped my mom with ordering her bedroom set and mattress. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommend him. We will for sure be back.
