UPDATE: A few days after my initial review I spoke with Giovanni, a manager at the RoomsToGo store off IH35 in Austin and he was very helpful. He looked into our order and scheduled an exchange for our original set. We also asked for a slight couch configuration change to our order, with which they were very accommodating. A special shout out to Gio and the RoomsToGo IH35 team for their professionalism and taking care of their customers! Thank you!! I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5! Their "warranty" is a scam. In less than a year, our couches lost almost all padding and feel like we've had them for 10 years. We called customer service and they assured us they would take care of the replacement padding. An inspector came out and ordered replacement cushions that were supposed to be shipped to our house as part of the warranty. A few days later a rep from Rooms to Go called and said that they were not covering the replacement cushions and that we can purchase them individually. Never again will we buy anything from Rooms to Go. Product not worth the investment!!!
